Currency
The Nalydian currency, the Nalo, comes only in coins and are generally made from various metals. Higher denominations tend to have ivory ringing them while lesser denominations are full metal. Denominations are 1, 6, 12, 24, 72 and 144.
The 1 and 6 Nalo pieces are issued with the likeness of a tundra wolf on the front and a trident on the back. 12 and 24 Nalo pieces sport a bear on the front and trident on the back, while the 72 and 144 Nalo pieces have a Pord in traditional Hunter garb on the face and a trident on the back.
As a post-scarcity economy, money often isn't required for purchases, however, as localized scarcity is often difficult to completely eradicate, and to ease interactions with other powers, Nalos are actually surprisingly common within Nalydian borders.

Exports and Imports
Nalydya is not a powerful exporter. While she does maintain a number of trade hubs - the historic Jewels of Earth and Ian, the System Iqoon - the primary goods that Nalydya ships to foreign lands are weapons. Pordkind has a long history of supporting smaller nations during times of warfare and will often supply them with weapons, armour, and limited bits of technology.
While Nalydya does export in limited capacity, she does not import goods. Material wares are not needed by Pords; most of what is considered by them to be of value are things of more cultural nature.
