The Capital of Grazhni Pordlandia
Tnem-Fragg is the capital of Imperial Nalydya. It is a large sprawling city with short buildings that stretches over an area of almost 350,000 square kilometers, and is surrounded by one hundred meter tall walls constructed out of ice (mostly) with limited support from other materials.
Architecturally, Tnem-Fragg is the model Nalydian city. Buildings crafted from ice sit upon stone foundations that line wide thoroughfares and boulevards; most of the buildings are separated by open plazas that allow for wind and snow and vast torrents of traffic to pass through unimpeded. The city sprawls because it is designed to avoid road congestion, tightly packed buildings, and tall skyscrapers.
Tnem-Fragg serves as the meeting place for the Hunters and the birthplace of the Great House of Natynozh, the historical rivals of the Yamsai. Deep within the walls of the city (and behind its own walls) is the Palatial Villa, a large structure where the Hunters meet to discuss policy and direct the nation. While many Hunters live within the Villa, others do not.
As one of the oldest cities in the nation, Tnem-Fragg was founded by Hunter-General Yemi Natynozh: after he united the remnants of Zhyso the Great's empire that stretched across the Northern Peninsula, he declared it his capital and the city has served in capacity of capital since his declaration.

The Fragg River is the largest river in Imperial Nalydya. It stretches from the Northern Ocean, beneath the polar icecap, down into the tundra and finally empties itself into the vast frozen plains with a series of ever-shrinking tributaries.
The river is a major transportation hub, though its near-always frozen surface has warranted a near complete submarinization of the Nalydian merchant fleet. The river is constantly being dredged to keep its bottom clear and deep enough for these submersible ships. The cities along this river - including the radiant Tnem-Fragg - have submarine ports that house the merchant submarines and tend to their cargoes to keep the flow of good constant.
Tnem-Fragg herself is named for the river; Tnem-Fragg, in ancient Pordish means "Over the Fragg."
